England Lions S&C expert Tom Turner and experienced level 4 coach Sean Hooper have come together to create fitness programmes that can be performed with minimal equipment at home. For those that have access to a gym we also have programmes designed for the more advanced trainer.
This product includes a Basic equipment package to use with your 26 weeks of training plans and challenges.
At the conclusion of your 26 week programme you will be given the option to renew for a further 26 weeks or to change to a monthly plan or upgrade to an annual plan.
