Equipment orders will be delivered via /Royal Mail/Hermes and will usually be with you in 2-3 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before midday on the same working day (this is dependent on the level of stock we are holding at our central warehouse and the payment clearing with us).
UK Standard Shipping on Equipment £5.99 (only available on stocked items)
Any Equipment order submitted to be delivered to UK mainland will be charged £5.99. We aim to dispatch all in stock equipment orders placed before midday on the same working day (this is dependent on the level of stock we are holding at our central warehouse and the payment clearing with us).
Please note if you choose to have your bat knocked in by ourselves then this will add approximately 5-7 working days to your order.
Goods damaged / Lost in transit
Should you receive an item that is damaged in transit or that you believe is lost then you must make us aware immediately via phone (01726 66751 option 1) or email to email@example.com. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim for said item(s).
Teamwear Shipping and Teamwear + Equipment Shipping
Any order that contains teamwear will automatically be charged £5.99 shipping. Due to the current Covid pandemic both we and our suppliers have extra protocols in place therefore there may be additional delays in delivery times. We usually aim to have all teamwear orders out and delivered within 14-18 working days. Due to the personalised nature of these products we do ask our customers to allow up to 25 working days.
The Cornish Cricket Company Ltd make every effort to make sure that your goods are delivered on time and in first class condition. We cannot accept liability for any packages delivered to a business or works address that could be accepted by somebody else at the location.
Requesting to deliver to a safe location
Our courier will always attempt delivery in the first instance to the shipping address specified when your order is placed. If a delivery is unsuccessful they will attempt to deliver this to your immediate neighbours where possible.
You may request to leave your order in a leave safe location with UKMail directly, however if your order is left in this location and subsequently lost or damaged we will be unable to provide a replacement item(s) or refund.
