Cornish Cricket Company Statement - 16/3/19 -22:00
We have been informed that the Cornwall Cricket Centre is not available for evening or weekend sessions in line with many other schools and sporting bodies decisions.
As a result all of our evening coaching activity including our Junior Academy will be postponed until further notice with immediate effect.
We hope you all remain healthy and active and that you understand our position.
We will continue to keep you informed of any changes to this position as and when they occur.

The Cornish Cricket Company - COVID-19 Statement
The Cornish Cricket Company would like to update all cricketers, staff and schools on the latest advice we will be using for the future weeks following the COVID-19 outbreak in the UK.
The Cornish Cricket Company will be following the government guidelines on the recent outbreak, the latest information can be found on the government website: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-information-for-the-public
And the following information from the NHS may be helpful also:
All of our current programmes will continue to go ahead as normal and we will be taking extra care in ensuring the equipment is clean and that players, coaches and parents are washing their hands before participating in any sessions.
Please see below the official practical advise that our staff will be using at our sessions;
- Maintain good hand hygiene and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
- Carry tissues with you, cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing with tissues or your bent elbow.
- Dispose of tissues immediately and wash your hands after.
- If any players, parents or our coaching staff have a high temperature or persistent cough they will be removed from our sessions with immediate affect and should self isolate for 7 days.
