The Cornish Cricket Company Online Guarantee & Returns Policy
At The Cornish Cricket Company we like to offer you complete peace of mind when purchasing goods from us.
In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods we have provided you, we offer a 14 day period where you are entitled to a complete money back guarantee or an exchange of item, providing the goods are returned to us with the original packaging and that they are in the same conditions as received by you, with the exception of the conditions below.
We are unable to exchange or refund individually personalised items, unless received faulty. Any further postage costs incurred returning the items to us is to be met by yourself. We aim to deal with all returns within 10 working days.
Personalised Items: Unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund any items that have been personalised with names, club badges, sponsor logos, numbers or initials. Please ensure you have selected the right size when adding personalisation.
Sublimated Items: Unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund any items that have been sublimated as they are bespoke made for each customer. Please ensure you order the correct size.
Bat knocking in service
Refunds and returns are not available once a bat has started to be knocked in.
Unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund any customised helmets, unless received faulty after they have been ordered. Please ensure you order the correct size.
End of Line & Clearance Items: Unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund any end of line or clearance items. Please ensure you order the correct size.
Should you feel that you have received faulty goods, we will once again refund your money or offer you an alternative product upon inspection and assessment of the item. We reserve the right to seek the opinion of the manufacturer if it isn’t a Cornish Cricket Company manufactured item. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or every day wear and tear.
When returning goods please email us in the first instance (email@example.com) and when posting back items please include the following:
• A copy of your original receipt if you have it
• The order number
• The original packaging
• Your delivery address, telephone number and email address
• A brief note outlining why the items are being returned
